Position: Junior Full Stack Developer Trainee

Working Hours: 8 hours/day - 40 hours/week (160 hours/month)

Preferred hours: From 8 AM to 6 PM (GMT -2) with a 2-hour lunch break

Location: Fully remote

Compensation: $200/month, with performance reviews every month, offering solid growth opportunities for salary increases + potential partnership opportunities that could lead to earning a percentage of the company's profits.

Your Role:

• Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable APIs and backend systems for our e-commerce platforms.
• Utilize Node.js/Bun and relevant frameworks to optimize the online customer experience.
• Contribute to frontend development using React/NextJs to enhance the user experience.
• Gain hands-on experience with e-commerce marketplace APIs, including but not limited to the Amazon Advertising API, Amazon Seller Partner API, Walmart Seller API, and others.
• Learn and apply web scraping techniques on various e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, and others.
• Profile and optimize existing MongoDB and Redis codebases to boost efficiency and scalability.
• Collaborate in a cross-functional team using Git, JIRA, and other online tools.

Skills and Qualities:

• Interest in learning Javascript, Node.js, Express, Bun, MongoDB, and related backend technologies.
• Interest in learning frontend development using HTML, CSS, vanilla JavaScript, React, NextJs and related technologies
• Willingness to learn integration with a range of third-party e-commerce marketplace APIs, such as Amazon, Walmart, and more.
• Eagerness to understand and apply web scraping techniques across a variety of e-commerce marketplaces.
• Interest in RESTful API design.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen desire to tackle technological challenges.
• Self-motivated with strong communication abilities.
• Thrives in a fast-paced and agile environment.
