As our HRIS Manager, you act as the bridge between IT Support, Accounting/Payroll and the HR Department. You will pro-actively identify process improvements. Your key focus will be on further digitization. You are the key success factor in championing a culture of continuous improvement and digital innovation within the HR department.

Stolt-Nielsen Limited (SNL), is a leader in the storage and transportation of bulk liquids: Chemicals, clean petroleum, gases, vegetable oils, biofuels and oleochemicals. We also focus on opportunities in aquaculture & LNG.

What You Will Be Doing

You are the owner and optimizer of HR information systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. You partner with L&D, HR Operations, and Compensation & Benefits to deliver seamless tools for global HR processes like compensation planning, talent reviews, and recruiting. Key words for this position are: Operational excellence, efficiency, and digital standardization. You have a forward-thinking approach to digitization and the integration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the global systems network and maintaining HR data.
  • Partners with the Centers of Expertise and Global HR Business Partners to deliver flawless systems and tools to support global HR processes.
  • Acting as the bridge between the Company’s IT Support, Accounting & Payroll, and HR Department to identify improvements in the HR business processes.
  • Provide system support and analysis to meet the needs of various users.
  • Produce data extracts and reports and develop work instructions and training content.
  • Participate and manage HR Technology projects and advise and implement AI into HR functions.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in systems operation or administration.
  • Results-oriented with good attention to detail & accuracy.
  • Ability to identify and analyze business needs and provide input and solutions to improve the business in terms of cost, efficiency and safety.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and data.
  • Solid understanding of Payroll, Finance and IT business processes and how they impact HR systems.
  • Ability to present technical information in an understandable way.
  • Knowledge of one of the main HR systems, preferably Oracle HCM Cloud.
