Your qualification
Completed studies in computer science and/or relevant training in the IT sector (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
At least 2 years of professional experience in the area of infrastructure and/or M365
Knowledge of Azure, Exchange Online, SharePoint, MS Teams is an advantage
Enthusiasm for new technologies
Ability to provide pragmatic and fast solutions
Good communication and teamwork skills to achieve success together
Very good written and spoken German skills
Your tasks
You take over the configuration and setup of the cloud-based Microsoft 365, Azure and SharePoint environment
You support IT support from 1st to 3rd level and are responsible for user support
You develop and optimize solutions in the Microsoft environment to automate IT operating processes
You work on various IT projects and document all processes
You support your colleagues across work areas (e.g. mobile device management)
