What We're Looking For

Our client, a boutique digital marketing agency, is seeking an Email Marketing Manager to lead the execution and management of retention strategies for direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands. This role is essential for building customer loyalty and driving meaningful business results.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day execution of email and SMS campaigns, ensuring alignment with retention goals.
• Develop and oversee segmentation and personalization strategies to optimize targeting.
• Write and refine conversion-focused email and SMS copy while maintaining brand voice.
• Track and analyze key campaign performance metrics, using insights to refine strategies.
• Collaborate with designers, implementation specialists, and strategists to ensure seamless execution.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in email, SMS, or lifecycle marketing (subscription-based brand experience is a plus).
• Proficiency in Klaviyo (required); experience with Postscript, Attentive, or Yotpo is a plus.
• Strong copywriting skills with a focus on engagement and conversions.
• Project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Google Suite, Figma, and project management tools like Asana, ClickUp, or Monday.com

• Analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing and performance optimization.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Passion for data-driven marketing and creative execution.
