Job Description
Insight Global is looking for an ABM/ABX Business Analyst to join a large HCM client on an 8 month contract fully remote across Canada. The successful candidate will join a team building out a new program within marketing and will work alongside 3 internal business functions to adopt the ABM/ABX marketing methodology. Experience with ABM/ABX tools, Salesforce, data analysis and data visualization is crucial to succeed in this role. Please note, the hours are based in EST with some global meetings taking place twice a week at 6pm EST.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in program management, business analysis, or a related role within B2B marketing, sales, or revenue operations.
- Strong understanding of ABM/ABX strategies, frameworks, and tools(e.g., 6sense, Demandbase, Terminus).
- Proven experience with CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation (Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot), and analytics platforms.
- Ability to analyze complex data, derive insights, and translate them into actionable business strategies. - Experience working with intent data, customer journey analytics, and personalization strategies.
- Proficiency in SQL, BI tools (Tableau, Power BI), or data visualization tools to generate reports.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience using generative AI platforms
- Certifications in ABM, Business Analysis, or Project Management(e.g., Pragmatic Institute, PMI, CBAP)
