Job Description:
As an All-Round Cybersecurity Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust security solutions for our clients. You will be responsible for a wide range of cybersecurity tasks, including security monitoring, incident response, vulnerability assessments, and compliance management. You will work closely with our clients and internal teams to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of their critical systems and data.
Responsibilities:
* Design, implement, and manage security solutions based on client requirements.
* Monitor security systems and analyze security logs using SIEM tools.
* Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify security weaknesses.
* Respond to security incidents and perform forensic analysis.
* Develop and maintain security documentation and procedures.
* Implement and maintain security frameworks, such as ISO 27001 and ISMS.
* Automate security tasks using scripting languages (Bash, PowerShell, Python, Java).
* Collaborate with clients and internal teams to address security concerns.
* Provide security training and awareness to clients and employees.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity threats and trends.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
* Minimum 3+ years of experience in a cybersecurity role.
* Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and principles.
* Proven experience with SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar, Elastic Security).
* Experience with vulnerability assessment and penetration testing tools.
* Proficiency in scripting languages (Bash, PowerShell, Python, Java).
* Knowledge of security frameworks (ISO 27001, ISMS).
* Experience in SOC operations and incident response.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Fluent in German (C1 level or higher) and proficient in English.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
Preferred Skills:
* Relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH, OSCP).
* Experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP).
* Knowledge of network security protocols and technologies.
