About the Role
We are looking for a CRM / Marketing Executive to join our dynamic Growth Marketing team. This role will support the Head of Growth Marketing in strategising, developing, and executing our global CRM marketing strategy. You will be responsible for helping to engage and retain our growing audience across multiple cities and countries through smart, data-driven CRM campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, writing, building, and scheduling email marketing campaigns to drive user engagement and retention.
- Develop and manage the CRM calendar to ensure timely and relevant messaging across different cities and time zones.
- Execute A/B testing to optimise subject lines, content, and send times for maximum impact.
- Support segmentation and personalisation strategies to improve campaign relevance and effectiveness.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, using insights to refine future CRM strategies.
- Assist with push notification and SMS marketing strategies to drive user engagement beyond emails.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to create engaging marketing assets.
- Help maintain data hygiene and compliance with email marketing regulations (e.g., GDPR).
- Support CRM integration with other marketing channels and initiatives, including social media and paid ads.
- Stay up to date with CRM best practices and industry trends to improve Thursday’s marketing efforts.
- Provide general support to the Growth Marketing team on various campaigns, including Thursday Clothing and Thursday Trips promotions.

- 0-1 year of marketing experience, either through internships, solo projects, or a previous role.
- A proactive, go-getter attitude, you take initiative, love learning, and want to grow your skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills to manage multiple campaigns across different regions.
- Analytical mindset, comfortable looking at performance metrics and drawing insights.
- Ability to understand complex user flows and technical systems within a CRM.
- Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS is a plus (for tweaking email templates).
- Good copywriting skills, you can write engaging, fun, and persuasive content for different audiences.
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience with CRM systems like Braze, Klaviyo, GoHighLevel.
- Experience with SMS marketing and push notifications.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Looker, or similar data analysis tools.
- Experience working in a consumer brand, events, or lifestyle company.
