About the role:


We are seeking a talented and visionary Brand & Marketing Director to take ownership of marketing assets for our products. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with motion designers, graphic designers, marketing developers, and ASO teams to ensure our creative vision is effectively communicated to our audience. You will also be in charge of collaborating with any third-party related personnel such as but not limited to influencers, affiliates, streamers, and content creators. Need to drive the creative direction for marketing assets, including icons, screenshots, store videos, and game titles. Leverage your strong visual and verbal communication skills to guide cross-functional teams in meeting our creative vision efficiently. Will need to work with Management to maintain high visual standards and provide constructive feedback to all team members.

Qualifications

 

  • You have previous relevant experience within the gaming industry.
  • You’ve orchestrated amazing campaigns that turned heads and drove results
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and Social Media Insights 
  • Experience in Social Media Management & Growth 
  • Experience in closing deals and fostering relationships with third parties such as influencers, streamers, affiliates, and content creators
  • Experience in content generation such as blogs, copywriting, social media captions, and website content 
  • Experience in Managing Paid Ads by using Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and other related software 
  • Has experience with KPI Metrics and use KPIs as your compass to improve Marketing assists
  • Need to have work experience around PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, and Epic store pages.
  • Fluent English language with business proficiency (C2) 
  • Bring a positive and collaborative mindset to the team.
  • Experience with Storytelling through various mediums. Both spoken and written communication should be flawless.
