Responsibilities:
Monitor system and network services to ensure maximum availability and performance
Analyze and troubleshoot network and system issues
Communicate with various stakeholders and track problems through to resolution
Core Duties:
Monitor systems and network services using various tools
Troubleshoot network and system issues following standard procedures
Track and document all issues and resolutions
Report incidents to management or other resources when necessary
Maintain communication within the team and with stakeholders
Skills and Technologies:
Knowledge of DNS management and Domain Name System
Experience with Linux systems and web servers (Apache & NGINX)
Basic understanding of networking and internet protocols
Familiarity with cloud technologies and ITIL methodology is advantageous
Requirements:
Chinese language proficiency for communication with clients
Strong communication and decision-making skills
Ability to multitask and work well in a team environment
Customer-focused with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Willingness to learn new technologies
Comfortable working in a 12-hour rotating shift environment
