Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to join our dynamic team at [Company Name], a leading media production house. The SEO Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing effective SEO strategies, driving organic growth, and improving search engine rankings for our content across various platforms. This is a fully remote role with working hours from 10 PM to 6 AM, allowing you to contribute during off-peak hours, helping to enhance our global reach.


Key Responsibilities:
  • SEO Strategy Development: Develop and implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
  • Keyword Research: Conduct extensive keyword research to identify opportunities, and create targeted content strategies.
  • On-Page SEO Optimization: Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and images to align with SEO best practices.
  • Content Optimization: Collaborate with content creators to ensure the production of high-quality, SEO-optimized content.
  • Link Building: Develop and execute link-building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks from authoritative sites.
  • Technical SEO: Conduct technical audits of the website, analyze and improve site speed, mobile responsiveness, URL structure, and overall user experience.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Use Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools to track SEO performance, and generate monthly reports with actionable insights.
  • SEO Trends & Best Practices: Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices to ensure our strategies are always cutting-edge.


Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role in digital marketing.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO practices and tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
  • Experience with keyword research, link building, and content optimization.
  • Ability to analyze data and extract meaningful insights to drive SEO performance.
  • Strong technical SEO skills, including familiarity with website audit tools and optimization of site structure.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with remote teams.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently while meeting deadlines.
  • Availability to work from 10 PM to 6 AM, with flexibility for time zone coordination.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the media production or entertainment industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress or similar platforms.
  • Experience with paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) is a bonus.
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website architecture is desirable.
