Marketing Manager in GERMANY

We're working with an award-winning company in the SaaS sector to hire a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager for the DACH region. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving the marketing strategy, executing impactful campaigns, and enhancing brand presence in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.


This is an exciting opportunity for someone with proven marketing expertise who is looking to step into a more senior role.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of major marketing campaigns, ensuring high creativity, impact, and measurable results.
  • Build highly targeted email sequences and marketing content across digital platforms, using existing collateral to engage with the audience effectively.
  • Analyse and optimise campaign performance using key metrics and data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with the social media team to generate engaging content, including video translations and posts for the DACH region.
  • Stay updated with trends and competitor activities on social media, incorporating insights into marketing strategies.
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships and relationships with influencers to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Engage with key industry stakeholders and potential business leads through effective networking at industry events, social media, and partnerships.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships, aiming to convert interactions into business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute a strategic calendar for attending and hosting events, ensuring alignment with key business objectives and market needs.
  • Organise bespoke events and webinars tailored to target prospects, assessing the effectiveness of these events and making adjustments as needed to optimise ROI.
  • Manage translation and adaptation of marketing content for the DACH market, ensuring relevance and localisation.
  • Oversee SEO efforts to optimise the company’s online presence, including keyword strategies and backlinking.
  • Collaborate with external partners to enhance the company’s lead generation database.


About You

  • A Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing and communications, ideally within the SaaS or travel tech industries
  • Native-level German (written and spoken) and fluent in English
  • Strong presentation skills, particularly in webinars, podcasts, and events
  • Highly driven, with a passion for networking and building meaningful relationships with customers and partners
  • Tech-savvy and familiar with tools like Google Analytics, SEM/PPC, and email marketing platforms
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making
  • Proven experience with SEO, email campaign management, and content creation
