🚀 Product Manager – SaaS – Fully Remote

We're partnering with a fast-growing, fully remote Swiss scale-up that builds powerful SaaS tools for the aviation sector. We're looking for a Product Manager to help us turn complex user needs into elegant, scalable product solutions.

🔍 What You’ll Be Doing

• Own product discovery in collaboration with engineering and design teams
• Engage directly with customers (airlines) to gather insights and translate them into clear, actionable product requirements
• Conduct user interviews, synthesize feedback, and co-create solutions with cross-functional teams
• Prioritize usability, simplicity, and user satisfaction in a product-led, agile environment
• Collaborate on product launches, support onboarding and documentation, and continuously measure product performance

🧩 What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in Product Management, ideally in SaaS or B2B
• Strong communication and active listening skills — you're comfortable talking to customers and turning their needs into solutions
• Experience with customer discovery, acceptance criteria, and agile delivery
• Familiarity with backend technologies (APIs, databases) is a plus
• Bonus if you’ve worked with product tools like Jira Product Discovery or Productboard
• Fluent in English (C1+), based in Switzerland
