Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret business needs, providing insights and solutions to optimize IT operations.
• Support data analysis efforts by collecting, organizing, and analyzing key business and security-related information.
• Assist in documenting business processes, requirements, and workflows to support software development and IT security initiatives.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand challenges and propose technology-driven solutions.
• Participate in cybersecurity assessments, identifying risks and helping to implement protective measures.
• Contribute to IT infrastructure optimization by researching and recommending best practices.
• Support user acceptance testing to ensure system changes align with business and security requirements.
• Stay informed on the latest IT and cybersecurity trends to provide informed recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience or coursework in cybersecurity, business analysis, or IT solutions.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools, Excel, SQL, or other reporting technologies is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and contribute to a team-driven environment.
• Interest in learning about IT security best practices and business process optimization.
