Key Responsibilities:


  • Recruitment:
  • Needs Analysis & Planning: Partner with hiring managers to understand their IT staffing needs and develop effective, tailored recruitment plans.
  • Sourcing & Engagement: Proactively source, identify, and engage passive candidates through a variety of channels, including online platforms, social media, networking events, and employee referrals. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future opportunities.
  • Candidate Assessment: Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume screening, phone interviews, and in-person interviews, to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Full-Cycle Management: Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation, ensuring a positive and efficient candidate experience.



2.Employer Branding:

  • Brand Enhancement: Participate in employer branding activities to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice and attract top IT talent.



3.Other:

  • Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics to provide valuable insights and recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Track and report on key recruitment metrics to senior management, providing regular updates on progress, challenges, and insights.



What You'll Bring to the Team:


  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent real-world experience). We value diverse backgrounds and experiences!
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition, with a passion for connecting top tech talent with exciting opportunities. You'll have a proven track record of successfully recruiting for technical roles like Quality Control, Backend Engineering, Frontend Engineering, and Product Design.
  • You're a proactive sourcer who knows how to engage passive candidates and build relationships that lead to successful hires.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English and Vietnamese, both written and verbal. You're a natural at building rapport with candidates and collaborating with internal teams.
  • A drive to excel in a results-oriented environment. You're comfortable working with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and are motivated by achieving ambitious goals.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills. You're able to secure top talent while building positive, long-lasting relationships.
