Job Overview

We are looking for a talented Product Designer to join our team and help shape intuitive, delightful, and impactful user experiences. You will be responsible for designing interfaces used by both end clients and internal teams through our investment platform and internal dashboard. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to design products that meet user needs while aligning with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design process from research and ideation to prototyping and final execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and user flows.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and improve the product experience.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas.
• Design visually compelling and user-friendly interfaces for both end clients and internal dashboards.
• Work closely with engineers to ensure seamless design implementation.
• Iterate based on feedback, analytics, and user testing to optimize the product.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or a similar role.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions and problem-solving skills.
• Tools: Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Skills: Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual design.
• Research: Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a cross-functional team.
• Agility: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Bonus: Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS) is a plus but not required.
