Who we are looking for?

We are looking for a skilled Next.js Developer with expertise in state management and server actions to join our team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience with Tailwind CSS and a strong understanding of modern web application architecture. You'll play a critical role in developing performant, scalable, and maintainable applications while collaborating closely with designers and backend engineers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain our SaaS product using Next.js with a focus on performance and scalability.
• Implement responsive and accessible UI designs using Tailwind CSS.
• Manage application state effectively using libraries like Redux, Zustand, or Context API.
• Integrate server-side actions to ensure smooth data handling and processing.
• Optimize applications for SSR (Server-Side Rendering) and CSR (Client-Side Rendering).
• Collaborate with designers to ensure seamless integration of UI/UX designs.
• Work with backend developers to implement APIs and manage data fetching methods like getServerSideProps, getStaticProps, and server actions.
• Ensure applications meet high standards of performance, SEO, and accessibility.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to maintain application quality.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in web development and incorporate best practices into your work.

Requirements

• Proven experience with Next.js and React.
• Expertise in state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand, or Context API).
• Proficient in implementing server actions and working with APIs.
• Strong knowledge of Tailwind CSS and utility-first design principles.
• Familiarity with modern JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
• Understanding of SSR, ISR (Incremental Static Regeneration), and CSR concepts.
• Experience with data fetching methods like getServerSideProps and getStaticProps.
• Knowledge of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards.
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git.

Nice to have

• Experience with WebRTC

Salary and details

• Annual salary: €28,000–€35,000 (yearly salary review + at each successful funding round)
• Company shares vested over 3 years of commitment
• Fully remote position
