Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our website management, SEO, and lead generation strategies. This role requires a proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented professional who can efficiently coordinate across teams and drive measurable marketing results. What you will do
- Oversee website updates, CMS maintenance, and lead form functionality (Webflow, Pardot, Salesforce CRM);
- Conduct technical audits, implement SEO best practices, execute a content strategy, and manage link-building efforts;
- Run and optimize Google Ads and/or LinkedIn campaigns;
- Create newsletters & lead nurturing sequences to improve engagement and conversions;
- Prepare reports and analytics on the overall performance of various marketing campaigns, including ROIs and KPIs;
- Be proactive and think out of the box to improve our company’s standings.
We are looking for
- At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, PPC, or SEO optimization in the IT or tech industry;
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and marketing automation tools;
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices, content strategy, and keyword research;
- Familiarity with Webflow, Pardot, and Salesforce CRM (or a willingness to learn);
- Analytical mind, with a passion for measuring data;
- At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English.
