Your role at Exness:
You will be a part of the Machine Learning team, which is part of the Trading Research and Analytics department. You will work closely with trading researchers, and your goal will be to implement their ideas into production. You will get the model prototype from the research team, and your goal will be to create an accurate model from it. The Machine Learning team is responsible for the whole machine learning project life cycle. The life of the model starts in production. You will be responsible not only for the deployment of the model but also for its serving, maintenance, and monitoring. We eagerly await a data-minded team member who shares our passion for trading and brokerage.
You will:
- Review and understand the data, including checking logic and cleaning outliers as needed.
- Carry out feature engineering using different techniques of feature preparation, transformation, normalization, or generation.
- Conducted model training and evaluation, developed Airflow DAGs for model training, and experimented with them.
- Be responsible for model monitoring and maintenance—after the model is ready, our goal is to monitor its metrics to understand when we should interfere and retrain the model.
What makes you a great fit:
- MS degree in computer science or a similar field or demonstrable working experience in software engineering
- 3 or more years of industry experience in MLops and MLE with Python
- Experience with Airflow
- Ability to build applications and familiarity with best practices such as CI/CD, testing, and coding standards
- 3 or more years in machine learning experience
- Deep understanding of classic models like linear regression, logistic regression, or gradient-boosting decision trees
- Good understanding of mathematical statistics and probability theory
- Strong knowledge of SQL, including complex queries and analytic functions
- At least an upper-intermediate level of English
