Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Flutter Developer (Mid-Level) at Jober24 Group. The Flutter Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining mobile applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, and ensuring the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. The role includes participating in code reviews, troubleshooting, and resolving issues to optimize and maintain application performance.
Scope of responsibilities
• Design and development of a mobile application in Flutter (Android/iOS, eventually also Web)
• Implementation of an intuitive and responsive user interface
• Handling PDF documents (uploading, previewing, scanning)
• Integration of the application with an AI-based backend (REST API, OpenAI, NLP)
• Implementation of user data authentication and security
• Cooperation with the backend team and legal team on the application's operating logic
• Publishing and updating the application on Google Play and App Store
• Creating tests and optimizing application performance
🧩 Required competences
• Min. 2 years of experience in creating applications in Flutter (Dart)
• Practical knowledge of state management architectures (Riverpod, Bloc, Provider)
• Experience in integration with REST API and file handling (PDF, images)
• Ability to work with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Analytics) or other cloud services
• Knowledge of security principles mobile applications
• Experience in publishing applications on Google Play and App Store
• Independence and good work organization

• Experience in working with AI/NLP projects (OpenAI API, LLM, OCR)
• Knowledge of Flutter Web
• Knowledge of CI/CD (Codemagic, GitHub Actions)
