We are expanding our sales team and seeking a dynamic Customer Acquisition Specialist to drive customer growth in the US market. If you have a proven track record in customer acquisition, sales, and relationship management—particularly within platforms like Amazon and Shopify—we want to hear from you!

Role Overview:

As a Customer Acquisition Specialist, you will drive revenue growth by identifying, acquiring, and onboarding new clients. Your primary responsibility will be expanding GK Hair’s customer base by targeting salons, hairstylists, salon chains, and suites. This role requires a combination of strategic prospecting, lead generation, strong sales acumen, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation:
  • Ability to make 80 calls on a daily basis;
  • Identify potential clients: hair stylists, salon chains, suites, etc.
  • Generate leads through various channels such as networking, cold calling, email campaigns, social media, etc.
  • Qualify leads to ensure they align with the company’s target customer profile.
  • Reach out to potential customers to introduce the company’s products/services.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to understand the prospective customer's needs and challenges.
  • Present the company’s products effectively to highlight their value and benefits.
  • Develop and present tailored proposals and quotations to prospective clients.
  • Secure new accounts by finalizing sales orders.
  • Send samples to convert potential leads to customers in order to meet targets.
  • Establish trust and rapport with prospective clients through consistent and transparent communication.
  • Work closely with marketing, customer support, supply chain or accounting teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new customers.
  • Provide feedback from prospective customers to internal teams to help refine product offerings and marketing strategies.
  • Track and report on key metrics such as lead generation, conversion rates, and new account acquisition.
  • Conduct follow-up meetings to ensure customer satisfaction and address any initial concerns.
  • Maintain ongoing account management after onboarding new customers.

Skills & Competencies:

✔ Proven experience in customer acquisition, business development, and account management.

✔ Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

✔ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.

✔ Ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

✔ Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM tools.

✔ Familiarity with Shopify, Gorgios, and Amazon platforms is a plus.

✔ Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized.

✔ BPO and remote work experience is a plus but not required.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $200 Base Salary for the first two months.
