Project Description:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive professional to ensure the stability, configuration management, and support of non-production environments (Development, QA, and UAT). This role plays a critical part in maintaining high software quality throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) by collaborating closely with development teams, project stakeholders, managers, and end users.
You will be part of the Neo Dev Support, a global team that enables development teams to deliver business functionality into digital platforms. Working alongside engineers across multiple locations, you will contribute to a high-volume, dynamic platform, ensuring its stability and reliability.
Responsibilities:
You will leverage your expertise and a range of tools to enhance the deployment and delivery process, making it more efficient, reliable, and automated.
Key Responsibilities:
- Environment Stability & Configuration Management - Maintain, configure, and support non-production environments to ensure seamless development and testing processes.
- Collaboration & Communication - Work closely with development teams, project managers, and business stakeholders to facilitate smooth delivery and high-quality software releases.
- Deployment & Automation - Utilize tools and best practices to optimize deployment pipelines, ensuring fast, automated, and reliable delivery of business functionality.
- Incident Resolution & Troubleshooting - Identify and resolve issues within development environments to minimize disruptions and improve efficiency.
- Continuous Improvement - Contribute to the enhancement of existing processes, identifying opportunities for automation and performance optimization.
Mandatory Skills Description:
-6+ years experience in application support ticket-based role
-Python
-Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tools (Splunk)
-Linux OS
-IP networking
