About the project:

Now we are looking for two engineers with React and React Native expertise: React Web Developer and a React Native/Mobile Engineer to help take our customer, US Healthcare transportation provider, to the next level. You’ll play a vital role in advancing their platform and technology, creating innovative solutions, and delivering features that wow their customers. If you love tackling complex problems, collaborating with talented teammates, and building systems that make a real difference, this role is for you. Together, we are on a mission to remove transportation as a barrier to healthcare and improve health system transportation logistics. We are building solutions to solve healthcare's most challenging transportation problems to deliver improvements in access to care, hospital length of stay, ER utilization, and overall patient experience. Our team works with major health systems like UCSF Health and the VA to provide door-through door companion ride-share services and SAAS-based total transportation management solutions custom-built for healthcare. What You’ll Do

Build Amazing Features

• Collaborate with Product Management and your fellow engineers to design features that address real-world challenges.
• Convert product requirements into Agile user stories with actionable implementation strategies.
• Write high-quality code to deliver fully tested, working features on time.
• Partner with the QA team to ensure every feature meets our quality standards.

Support and Optimize Applications

• Develop a deep understanding of our existing applications, logic, and codebase.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in real-time, ensuring applications run smoothly.
• Optimize performance by utilizing logging, monitoring tools, and resource tuning (databases, servers).

Collaborate Across Teams

• Participate in Agile development ceremonies like daily scrums, grooming, planning, and design sessions.
• Perform code reviews and share problem-solving strategies with your fellow engineers.
• Contribute to fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.

Drive Technical Excellence

• Deliver scalable, maintainable solutions that align with our customers’ needs and our company’s mission.
• Continuously refine your skills, stay curious, and embrace new challenges.

What You Bring:

• Deep experience in full-stack and enterprise architecture, with expertise in React (for web and mobile), Material UI, Ember, Tailwind UI
• Proven success integrating third-party APIs (e.g., Uber Health, Twilio, Stripe) and developing secure, scalable in-house APIs.
• Strong grasp of enterprise architecture frameworks, aligning IT strategies with business goals.
• Stellar communication skills
