US Business Development – AI-Driven Community Success Solutions
We’re looking for a US Business Development professional to join a fast-growing Japanese startup specializing in community success and customer success management platforms. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the CEO, spearheading business development efforts in the U.S. while leveraging a strong foundation built in Japan.

What You’ll Do
You’ll be the first person along with the CEO to start business development in the U.S. market through marketing and sales initiatives.
Responsibilities include:
✅ Conducting outreach and managing client interactions.
✅ Creating content (whitepapers, blogs) to attract prospects.
✅ Attending events/conferences, including occasional U.S. business trips.
What You’ll Need
✔ Fluent English & Japanese – Strong communication skills for global business interactions.
✔ Marketing or Sales Experience – Background in content marketing, inside sales, or lead generation.
✔ Entrepreneurial Mindset – Self-driven, adaptable, and eager to solve challenges.
