Who we are looking for:

We are seeking a Graphic & Motion Designer with a strong background in eCommerce advertising and a keen eye for high-performing digital ads. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and data-driven, with experience designing static and motion-based ads that convert across various digital platforms.

What you'll do:

• Design static and motion ads for paid media campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and display networks
• Create engaging motion graphics using Adobe After Effects to enhance storytelling and ad performance
• Collaborate with the Creative Director and marketing team to ensure brand consistency and alignment with campaign goals
• Optimize creative assets based on performance data, A/B testing, and industry best practices
• Stay updated on eCommerce and digital marketing trends to develop innovative ad content

Requirements

What you'll need:

• 5+ years of experience in graphic and motion design, with a focus on eCommerce advertising
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics and static ad design
• Experience designing performance-driven ads for paid social and display campaigns
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Premiere Pro and/or CapCut
• Familiarity with A/B testing and ad performance analysis

Bonus Experience

• Knowledge of programmatic advertising and dynamic creative optimization (DCO)
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud workflows for seamless collaboration
• Understanding of ad compliance and best practices for social media
• Familiarity with Figma or Sketch for collaborative design work
