We are seeking a talented and versatile Designer to join our marketing team. This role focuses on producing high-quality creative assets and managing the delivery of design projects to support marketing campaigns, brand initiatives, and cross-functional needs. The ideal candidate is a skilled designer, a collaborative team player, and an excellent project manager with a passion for visual storytelling. You will be part of a passionate team of 80+ professionals, and you will report directly to the Global Head of Marketing.

Key Responsibilities
Creative Asset Development
- Design and produce a variety of creative assets, including digital advertisements, social media graphics, email templates, presentations, and print materials.
- Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and other stakeholders to ensure visuals align with messaging and campaign goals.
- Maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs.
Project Management
- Manage the end-to-end process of creative projects, from concept to final delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to meet deadlines and project requirements.
- Maintain an organized workflow, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
Brand Management
- Act as a brand steward by enforcing brand guidelines and ensuring consistency across all creative assets.
- Update and refine branding elements as needed to maintain relevance and appeal.
Collaboration & Communication
- Partner with cross-functional teams to understand project goals, target audiences, and key deliverables.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative ideas for campaigns and initiatives.
Technology & Tools
- Leverage design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma to create assets.
- Use project management tools to track progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Quality Assurance
- Review and edit creative work to ensure it meets technical specifications, brand standards, and project objectives.
- Conduct final checks on all assets before submission or publication.
Trend Analysis & Innovation
- Stay informed about design trends and emerging technologies to enhance creative output.
- Propose new ideas and approaches to elevate the brand’s visual identity.
Required Experience and Skills
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
- Work Experience: 4-6 years of experience in graphic design, creative services, or a similar role. Demonstrated experience managing multiple creative projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and design tools like Figma or Canva. Familiarity with video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro or After Effects) is a plus. Understanding of digital and print design requirements, including file formats and resolution standards.
- Creative Expertise: Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of creative work, including branding, digital, and print assets. Ability to conceptualize and execute compelling visual content.
- Project Management Skills: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present ideas and collaborate effectively with teams.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure high-quality and error-free deliverables.
- Language: Advanced English required. Portuguese desirable.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B enterprise or SaaS segments.
- Experience working in an agency or in-house creative team.
- Familiarity with web design principles and tools like HTML, CSS, or WordPress.
- Knowledge of UX/UI design and prototyping.
