Hardware and software Support (Windows, macOS & IOS);

In order to succeed, you'll need
Proven experience of at least 2 years working as a IT Ops or comparable job experience;
Strong verbal and written English communication skills;
Resilience
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills;
Ability to work with minimal levels of supervision;
Availability to travel.
