You will work at the intersection of data, business and compliance, translating stakeholder needs into reporting solutions, enhancing reporting processes, and ensuring compliance in the fast-paced iGaming industry. That means you will be the detective who troubleshoots data discrepancies and ensures reports accurately reflect business and regulatory needs. A Sneak Peek into Your Role
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and analyze reporting needs, improvement places, and requirements.
- Mapping new and changed reporting requirements into clear and understandable formats for Reporting Engineers.
- Ensuring the quality of reporting and maintaining internal control over the production of reports, including proposing measures to track and improve report quality.
- Analyzing dependencies between various reports, ensuring data consistency and reconciliation.
- Troubleshooting reporting discrepancies with internal and occasionally external stakeholders, gathering evidence of problems for technical teams to investigate and resolve.
- Performing user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure reports accurately reflect the defined requirements.
- Compiling and distributing reports for partners, in-house and external clients, and audit purposes.
- Staying informed about regulatory reporting requirements and implementing necessary changes to maintain compliance.
- Owning the full scope of regulatory and business-critical reports, ensuring their accuracy, timeliness, and relevance.
- Writing and maintaining documentation for data transformation, regulatory reporting, and KPIs.
You’re good at
- Ideally, you've gained at least 2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, accounting or data reconciliation.
- Your SQL skills are complemented by your proficiency in data reconciliation techniques, utilizing tools such as Excel, Python or other comparable methods.
- Previous exposure to reports, analytics, and/or experience within the iGaming or other regulated industries is considered a valuable bonus.
- You feel comfortable working closely with technical and business stakeholders across the company.
- You possess strong decision-making abilities and the capacity to assess value and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in working independently and managing multiple projects concurrently with professionalism and efficiency.
- Fluency in verbal and written communication in English is essential, as it's our primary means of interaction.
