What You’ll Do
- Develop & Maintain Angular Apps – Build scalable, high-performance front-end applications that support real-time candidate screening and recruiter dashboards.
- Ensure Reusability & Modularity – Design maintainable, component-based UIs with at least 90% reusable elements to streamline future development.
- Optimize Performance – Minimize load times, enhance UI responsiveness, and implement state management (NgRx or similar) for a seamless user experience.
- AI-Powered Development – Leverage AI-assisted tools like Devin & Cursor to boost development speed and improve code quality.
- Front-End Security & Best Practices – Ensure secure, accessible, and cross-browser compatible UI components for a frictionless candidate experience.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of Angular experience building scalable front-end applications.
- Deep expertise in TypeScript, RxJS, and state management (NgRx or similar).
- Experience in optimizing front-end performance & accessibility.
- Strong understanding of RESTful API integration and UI data handling.
- Startup experience or the ability to work in fast-moving, iterative environments.
- Experience in working with LLMs integrations is a plus.
