Role Purpose
- Overall involvement and control of the IT operational cross team projects in the standard, stable ways, through communications with stakeholders.
- Conduct clear project schedule plans, project progress control, risk recognition and mitigations, make sure the projects deliverables are acceptable and followed the aligned timelines. Exam IT operation teams include development team, infrastructure team, QA team, service management team, and Service delivery team.
Main Accountabilities But Not Limited To The Following
- Involve in IT operational teams (Service delivery, Infrastructure, Developer team) project management, including scope definition, key milestones clarification, process control, risk mitigation, cost management.
- Regularly conduct project meetings to ensure project process is under control, recognized and resolved in terms of the potential risks.
- Collaborate with teams for Training requirements, be charged to conduct relevant training schemas to sustain the capabilities of colleagues from IT operations perspective.
- Write down the relevant project documents based on the standard regulations.
- Communicate well with key stakeholders, align resource, deal with the potential blockers and manage the risks or problems.
- Involve in the IT operational side which include budget planning, procurement, financial settlement matters.

- Bachelor’s degree (Graduate with relevant technical certification)
- PMP (Project Management Professional), ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) certifications (Preferred)
- Language requirements: English C1 (Aptis, IELTS 6 or equivalent) and Chinese C1 (or HSK 5)
