Mercier Consultancy is looking for a passionate Portuguese Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Digital Marketing & SEO Solutions Department for one of our clients. In this dynamic Entry Level role, you will provide unparalleled support to our Portuguese-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to our digital marketing and SEO services.
Your fluency in Portuguese will enable you to effectively communicate with clients, guiding them through our service offerings, addressing their questions, and providing insights on how to enhance their online presence. Your expertise will be crucial in building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction within this fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service in Portuguese via phone, email, and chat regarding digital marketing and SEO solutions
Assist clients with inquiries about service features, pricing, and implementation processes
Troubleshoot client issues and ensure timely resolutions in collaboration with the technical team
Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in our CRM system
Educate clients on best practices in digital marketing and SEO
Collect customer feedback to contribute to service improvement initiatives
Stay informed about industry trends and updates in digital marketing and SEO
Requirements
Fluency in Portuguese and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
Experience in customer service or digital marketing is a plus
Able to manage multiple inquiries and excel in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities
Genuine interest in digital marketing and a desire to help clients succeed online
Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
