Job Type: Contract (Must be able to invoice)

Payment: $1000-$1500 for each monthly prototype

Working Hours: Asynchronous (Just deliver one prototype every 3-4 weeks)


About Us

Klik Klak has been creating apps and games since 2015. Our products range from music & audio apps to puzzle games, and collectively, we’ve reached over 12 million downloads on Google Play and the App Store.


The Role

We’re looking for a Unity Game Developer to create rapid puzzle prototypes for iOS and Android on a monthly basis. You’ll have the flexibility to work on your own schedule, as long as you can deliver one functional and polished prototype every 3–4 weeks. The ideal candidate has previous mobile game experience, preferably in the puzzle genre. You can work from anywhere; we’ll primarily collaborate via Zoom or Google Meet. Slack is a plus.


Requirements

  • Proficiency in Unity & C#: Ability to build polished prototypes with clean, efficient code that can be reused for subsequent projects.
  • Rapid Prototyping Skills: Comfortable with fast, iterative development cycles and adapting quickly to feedback.
  • Mobile Game Experience: Familiarity with puzzle game mechanics, controls, and user experience on iOS/Android.
  • Able to use GitHub to share the project throughout development.
  • Self-Directed & Organized: Able to work independently, set goals, and meet deadlines without micromanagement.
  • Contract & Invoicing: Must be able to handle your own invoicing and tax compliance. You’ll invoice us once your prototype is approved each month.

  • Portfolio: Links demonstrating released or fully functional mobile puzzle prototypes on Play Store, App Store, or similar platforms.
  • Code Quality: Clean, modular code that’s easy to maintain and extend.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: You’re proactive about finding creative solutions, optimizing performance, and enhancing the player experience.


What we offer

  • Flexible Schedule: Asynchronous work with no strict hours—just deliver a completed prototype within 3–4 weeks.
  • Fair Payment: Amount will be paid for each prototype upon approval, on a monthly schedule. You’ll invoice us once your prototype meets our agreed-upon criteria for completeness and quality.
