Key Responsibilities  


  • Define and maintain the product vision and roadmap in alignment with business goals. 
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring it reflects customer needs and company strategy. 
  • Act as a liaison between stakeholders and the development team to ensure clear communication, alignment on priorities and expectations 
  • Translate high-level product concepts and business objectives into actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria 
  • Participate in scrum ceremonies to ensure tasks are ready for development and the backlog is adjusted 
  • Collaborate with the development team by addressing any impediments during implementation. 
  • Gather and analyze insights and user feedback to keep the product competitive and value-driven 
  • Track post-launch performance to adherence high-quality delivery of new features. 

 

Requirements 


  • 2.5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in product management within an Agile environment. 
  • Experience in managing product roadmaps and backlogs. 
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). 
  • Good communication skills to translate business needs into clear requirements. 
  • Experience in data analysis and using customer feedback for product improvements. 
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills. 
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations. 
  • Familiarity with product management tools (Jira, Trello, etc.). 
  • English proficiency at C1 or higher.
