UI/UX Designer in AUSTRALIA

Our client, an innovative company in the blockchain and community engagement space, is looking for a UX/UI Designer to create seamless, intuitive, and visually compelling user experiences. This role is perfect for a designer who understands decentralized applications (dApps), Web3, and community-driven platforms, ensuring users can interact easily with blockchain-powered systems.

You will work closely with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to design user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes that enhance usability and engagement across web and mobile applications.

• Design User Interfaces for Web3 & Community Platforms – Create clean, functional, and engaging interfaces tailored to blockchain applications.
• Develop User Journeys & Wireframes – Translate complex blockchain-based interactions into intuitive designs.
• Ensure Accessibility & Usability – Conduct user research and usability testing to refine design decisions.
• Create Prototypes & Mockups – Use tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD to build interactive prototypes.
• Collaborate with Developers & Product Teams – Work closely to ensure seamless implementation of UI designs.
• Maintain a Consistent Brand Identity – Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and UX best practices.
• Stay Ahead of UX Trends in Blockchain & Community Platforms – Monitor emerging trends in Web3 and decentralized user experiences.

• Proven Experience in UX/UI Design – 2+ years designing digital products, preferably in Web3, blockchain, or community-driven applications.
• Strong Portfolio – Showcasing past work in Web3, fintech, SaaS, or social/community apps.
• Proficiency in Design Tools – Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Experience with User Research – Conducting usability tests and incorporating user feedback into design iterations.
• Understanding of Web3 & Blockchain UX Challenges – Wallet connectivity, transaction flows, community voting mechanisms, DAOs, NFTs, etc.
• Basic Frontend Knowledge (Bonus) – Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and React is a plus.
• Excellent Communication Skills – Ability to present designs and rationale effectively to both technical and non-technical teams.

• Experience with dApp UI/UX – Designing for decentralized applications.
• Knowledge of Gamification & Community Engagement – Understanding how to design for user retention, loyalty, and engagement.
• Experience with Dark Mode & Customizable UI – Personalization trends in modern UI.
