We are looking for a highly experienced QA professional, proficient in both manual and automated testing, as well as advanced quality assurance strategies. The individual is expected to take an active role in defining testing processes and optimizing automation frameworks.
Responsibilities
Design and optimize automated testing frameworks.
Implement advanced quality strategies in the software lifecycle.
Identify risks and define defect mitigation plans for high-impact projects.
Oversee test execution in production environments.
Approve deployments in critical systems, ensuring stability and performance.
Act as a technical reference for other QA professionals, providing support and mentorship.
Contribute to strategic decision-making within the QA team.
Propose improvements in tools and quality processes.
Requirements
Strong experience as a QA Engineer for software projects
Strong knowledge of Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium. API testing experience with Postman, RestAssured, or SoapUI. Solid understanding of SQL and database testing. Ability to define QA strategies and improve automation frameworks.
Strong organizational skills
Familiarity with Agille Methodologies
Knowledge of Test Driven Development
Conversational english level (is a plus)
