Senior E-commerce Specialist (Marketplace) at eCOM Adidas
E-com team in Ukraine is looking for a Senior Specialist Digital Partner Commerce (Marketplace) in E-com whose main goal is to develop and implement a strategy for working with marketplaces/partners in the E-commerce (E-com, Digital Brand Commerce) department.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement a marketplace strategy as part of the DBC department and overall Ukrainian market strategyDirect communication with marketplace representatives to establish and expand partnerships and increase salesMarket and competitor analysis to ensure our company's competitiveness on marketplacesAssortment analysis of products presented on marketplacesSales monitoring and analytics to improve processes and operations on marketplacesEnsuring high standards of order processing for marketplace transactionsParticipation in other DBC department processes, including company website managementUser behavior, demand, and performance analytics using GA4, Looker Studio, Power BI, and/or other platformsDocument management and payments by partnersCandidate Requirements:Higher education (Bachelor's degree or above)Basic knowledge of marketing/e-commerce standardsStrong knowledge of Adidas productsAdvanced computer literacy (proficiency in MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint)Experience with analytical platforms such as Power BI or similarExperience with GA4 is a plusEnglish level: B1 (Intermediate) or higher
