Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis of new projects, products, and promotions.
  • Evaluate financial viability of proposed initiatives and ensure they align with company goals.
  • Develop and monitor annual expense plans for assigned departments.
  • Create key performance indicators (KPIs) for non-financial managers to improve operational efficiency.
  • Identify and report on critical business metrics that impact growth, profitability, and strategic objectives.
  • Provide insightful analysis and problem-solving support to key managers.
  • Lead category team and other departments in implementing profit improvement projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (strong academic record preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst, preferably in FP&A.
  • Strong financial and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal).
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and working knowledge of VBA and SQL a plus.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Relocatability to Idaho Falls, ID (Relocation Assistance Provided).
