Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior SEO Specialist to join our team and take charge of SEO strategy, optimization, and client management. The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of experience, has worked with 20+ accounts simultaneously, and specializes in local SEO, home improvement, roofing, and construction industries. This role offers high growth potential, with an opportunity to become an SEO Manager in the future.
Key Responsibilities
SEO Strategy & Execution:
✔ Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals.
✔ Conduct in-depth SEO audits and competitor research.
✔ Manage multiple clients simultaneously, ensuring all SEO needs are met.
Keyword Research & On-Page Optimization:
✔ Identify high-value keywords and integrate them into content strategy.
✔ Optimize meta tags, headers, URL structures, and internal linking.
✔ Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are followed.
Technical SEO & Website Optimization:
✔ Improve site speed, mobile responsiveness, and structured data markup.
✔ Ensure search engine crawlability and indexability.
✔ Monitor and resolve technical SEO issues using tools like Screaming Frog.
Local SEO & Link Building:
✔ Optimize Google My Business (GMB) profiles and local listings.
✔ Develop and execute a white-hat link-building strategy.
✔ Ensure NAP (Name, Address, Phone) consistency across directories.
Performance Tracking & Competitor Analysis:
✔ Utilize Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz to track rankings and organic traffic.
✔ Generate regular reports and provide data-driven insights.
✔ Conduct ongoing competitor analysis to refine SEO strategies.
Process Improvement & Team Collaboration:
✔ Create and document SOPs for SEO processes.
✔ Work closely with web developers, designers, and content teams to implement SEO best practices.
✔ Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates.
Must-Have Qualifications (Non-Negotiables):
✅ 5-7 years of proven SEO experience in a digital marketing agency.
✅ Managed 20+ client accounts simultaneously.
✅ Expertise in local SEO, particularly in home improvement, roofing, and construction industries.
✅ Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog.
✅ Ability to implement, monitor, and optimize SEO strategies independently.
✅ Experience with WordPress & Elementor for SEO implementation.
✅ Strong analytical skills, data interpretation, and problem-solving abilities.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
⭐ Prior experience handling multi-location SEO strategies.
⭐ Familiarity with paid search campaigns and PPC insights.
⭐ Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies.
⭐ Experience in content marketing and editorial SEO strategies.
