We are seeking a Business Process Analyst to join our growing team.



In this role, the successful Business Process Analyst would be responsible for helping the business with the overall digital transformation by implementing positive change by realizing new business process, streamlining best practices, and identifying inefficiency in any current day to day activities.

The ideal Business Process Analyst would ideally have experience working within a similar role, be eager to bring new ideas to the table and implement positive business changes.



Responsibility


  • Lead the business analysis and requirements gathering process, focusing on the Sales, Customer Service, Compliance and Operation modules.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to capture and document business requirements, working alongside the Delivery Manager to help translate them into functional specifications for developers.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the existing Salesforce implementation and business process, working closely alongside other internal teams.
  • Adopt an analytical driven approach to help build our understanding of our staff and customers, using this to influence the team’s day-to-day decision making.
  • Answer complex business questions through detailed quantitative analysis, extracting meaningful and actionable insights.
  • Influence both strategic and tactical decision-making in the management team.
  • Understand Isratransfer customer's needs to maximize engagement with our digital offerings such as web portals, mobile apps etc.
  • Lead workshops and design sessions with business units and development teams to finalize requirements and solution designs.
  • Proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Working closely alongside the Salesforce Development team to ensure all work being done is achieving the goals of management.
  • Assisting in UAT to ensure the solutions being delivered are of high quality.
  • Develop training materials and deliver end-user training to ensure high levels of adoption.
  • Support post-go-live activities, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring system stability.


Qualifications


  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to build strong relationships and produce first class documentation.
  • Knowledge of CRM solutions, especially Salesforce is recommended.
  • Experience in the financial industry is recommended.
  • English- Professional level of reading, writing and speaking.


Working Hours and Location

Monday to Friday: 09:00-18:00
