Job Title: People and Culture Specialist

Location: Remote


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and alignment with company values.
  • Support the execution of employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Assist in coordinating programs for employee recognition and well-being.
  • Help facilitate training and development programs to support employee growth and leadership capabilities.
  • Provide administrative support for performance management processes, including goal tracking and performance reviews.
  • Support employee relations by assisting in conflict resolution processes and providing guidance as directed.
  • Contribute to organizational development projects by supporting research, coordination, and execution of initiatives.
  • Assist in the administration of employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends and prepare reports for decision-making.
  • Assist in drafting and distributing HR communications, including internal newsletters and updates.
  • Provide support in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives by coordinating activities and assisting leadership.
  • Assist with compensation and benefits administration by responding to employee inquiries and providing general support.
  • Help organize HR-related events, workshops, and team-building activities.


QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Administrative Sciences, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, focusing on people and culture initiatives
  • Experience supporting performance management, employee relations, or organizational development processes
  • Proficiency in Turkish (written and spoken)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with confidentiality and professionalism
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Preferred:

  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
  • Previous experience working in a tech startup or e-commerce company
  • Certifications in HR or coursework in HR-related programs
  • Familiarity with employee engagement survey tools and methodologies
  • Exposure to training coordination or facilitation of HR programs
