Project Manager – Influencer Marketing & E-Commerce in EGYPT

As we expand, we’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to join our team and help streamline operations, manage influencer relationships, and optimize campaign performance.

Who You Are:

You’re a detail-oriented, results-driven professional with a strong grasp of E-Commerce, influencer marketing, CRM systems, and automation tools. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, have excellent communication skills, and know how to build and maintain relationships with influencers, strong understanding of influencer marketing for E-Commerce (Shopify) , and High Emotional Intelligence, If you have experience managing influencer campaigns and optimizing workflows, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Lead Generation & Outreach:

• Identify, scrape, and clean influencer leads across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Conduct outreach and manage follow-up communications to build strong influencer partnerships.

🔹 Onboarding & Coordination:

• Ensure seamless influencer onboarding, including product shipments and affiliate account setup.
• Monitor automated messaging workflows for smooth onboarding and CRM efficiency.
• Respond promptly and professionally to influencer and client inquiries.

🔹 Campaign Monitoring & Optimization:

• Track influencer campaigns and ensure content goes live as scheduled.
• Communicate with influencers to resolve any delays or issues.
• Provide content strategy guidance to influencers for better campaign performance.
• Foster long-term partnerships with high-performing influencers.

🔹 CRM & Relationship Management:

• Maintain accurate records of influencer communications and campaign progress.
• Offer creative feedback to enhance influencer content and promotional efforts.
• Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with influencers.

Qualifications:

✅ Fluent in English (excellent verbal and written communication skills).

✅ Strong knowledge of influencer marketing and major social media platforms.

✅ Experience with CRM tools (Pipedrive, HubSpot, Zoho) and automation software.

✅ Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

✅ A problem-solving mindset and a passion for relationship building.

✅ Familiarity with Shopify, TikTok Shop, and Amazon is a plus.
