TMA is a young, VC-backed startup pioneering technology to revolutionize how hazardous materials are managed. With presence in Europe, the U.S and African markets, we optimize how inventory is managed in the electricity, gas and manufacturing sectors.
Our innovative software platform leverages loT and machine learning to optimize supply chains, enhance safety, and reduce environmental impact.
We're seeking a talented Full-Stack Developer to join our founding team and play a leading role in shaping the future of hazardous goods management. Experience with machine learning and loT is preferred.

About the Role:
As a Full-Stack Developer, you will:
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of the platform's development, including frontend and backend integration.
- Ideate and lead the design of the data infrastructure.
- Manage the integration with loT devices.
- Supervise the development of the machine learning engine (mid- to long-term).
- Participate in customer meetings and business-related decisions, translating them into product requirements.
- Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of our platform.
- Stay current with the latest trends and technologies in machine learning and software development.
- Lead and contribute to recruiting freelancers to support the product development
Qualifications:
- University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Strong proficiency in popular frontend and backend framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Preferably, experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Knowledge of loT protocols and technologies (e.g., MQTT, LoRaWAN) is a plus.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and self-learning skills.
- A true solution-finder and a leader at heart, with a true willingness to learn
- A strong entrepreneurial mindset and a commitment to take ownership and responsibilities.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
