About the Role:
We're seeking a skilled Meta Ads Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, 15 hours per week. You'll be responsible for the strategic management and optimisation of Meta advertising campaigns for our eCommerce clientele, ensuring consistent and measurable growth.
This is a remote, part-time position requiring availability during Adelaide business hours (9:00 AM - 12:00 PM ACST/ACDT, Monday to Friday).
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive Meta advertising strategies (Facebook & Instagram) tailored to eCommerce objectives.
Conduct in-depth audience analysis and targeting to optimise campaign reach and engagement.
Create compelling and conversion-focused ad copy and creative briefs.
Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and provide detailed performance reports.
Optimise campaigns to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), including ROAS, CPA, and sales revenues.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the Meta Ads platform and industry trends.
Execute A/B testing strategies for ad creatives to drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with the team to develop and implement integrated marketing strategies.
Manage advertising budgets effectively and efficiently.
Requirements
Essential Skills and Experience:
3-5 years of demonstrable experience in managing successful Meta Ads campaigns specifically for eCommerce businesses.
Advanced proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, and Meta Business Suite.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Shopify Analytics, Google Analytics 4, Meta Ads Manager reporting).
Comprehensive understanding of eCommerce marketing principles and best practices.
Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliable internet connection and suitable remote workspace.
Availability during Adelaide business hours (9:00 AM - 12:00 PM ACST/ACDT, Monday to Friday).
