Email Campaigns & Direct Emails

• Manage and execute email campaigns using ListingLeads.com.
• Send and manage direct emails (Templates provided).

Social Media Management

• Oversee and manage all social media platforms:
• Google My Business, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook Business, MyHome.com.
• Maintain and update the landing page website:
• Execute campaigns.
• Add blogs & links (Linktree).
• Develop and maintain a content calendar for scheduling posts.

Content Creation & Video Editing

• Perform basic video editing using InShot.
• Repurpose video content for multiple platforms:
• Convert long-form content into YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Stories.
• Add captions and descriptions to posts.

Social Media Moderation & Engagement

• Respond to comments and messages (Utilizing Facebook Messenger).
• Like, comment, and engage with the sphere of influence to increase brand awareness.
• Develop and implement an effective social media strategy.

• Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
• Social media management experience (corporate or VA) (IMPORTANT).
• Proficiency in Canva (IMPORTANT).
• Experience with TubeBuddy or any YouTube SEO tool (a plus).
• Familiarity with ListingLeads.com, AI tools, Opus Pro (a huge plus).
• Strong knowledge and experience in using InShot.
