About Us:

SurePlug, developed by Fluxel, is an innovative platform that combines AI with crypto trading to provide secure, automated escrow services for buyers and sellers. We are currently in the MVP stage and looking for skilled AI Engineers to join our team. This is an equity-based position only—there will be no salaried payments, but successful candidates will receive equity in Fluxel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize AI-powered escrow services, including automatic matching for buyers and sellers.
• Implement machine learning algorithms to improve the accuracy and efficiency of trade matches through platforms like Twitter/X.
• Design and develop systems to manage transaction errors, automatically process refunds, and ensure secure crypto and fiat exchanges.
• Improve the user experience with features such as merchant matching, auto-expiration of trades, and seamless transaction flow.
• Ensure the AI systems are secure and prevent fraud in all escrow transactions.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to align AI features with platform goals, like merchant verification and automated trading.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong proficiency in AI, machine learning, and deep learning techniques.
• Experience with Python, TensorFlow, or other machine learning frameworks.
• Understanding of crypto escrow systems and decentralized finance (DeFi).
• Experience in integrating AI systems with social media platforms, especially for real-time trade activations on Twitter/X.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.
• Experience in fintech or crypto industries is highly desirable.
