About Us:

SurePlug, developed by Fluxel, is an innovative platform that combines blockchain technology and AI to provide secure, automated escrow services for crypto traders. We are in the MVP stage and looking for a talented Full Stack Developer to join our team. This position is equity-based only—there will be no salaried payments, but successful candidates will receive equity in Fluxel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the front-end and back-end of the SurePlug platform, ensuring seamless integration with blockchain and Web3 technologies.
• Design and implement smart contracts for secure transactions and escrow systems.
• Build and optimize decentralized applications (dApps) with a focus on user experience and security.
• Integrate AI features into the platform, working closely with AI engineers to enable automated transaction matching and escrow services.
• Work with blockchain networks such as Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, or others to ensure secure and efficient transactions.
• Ensure that all user transactions and data are securely managed using blockchain technologies.
• Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to ensure the successful development and deployment of new features.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong knowledge of Web3 development and blockchain technologies.
• Proven experience with smart contracts (Solidity or other blockchain-specific languages).
• Proficiency in front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or Angular).
• Proficiency in back-end development (Node.js, Python, or other relevant technologies).
• Experience with dApp development, integrating smart contracts into front-end and back-end applications.
• Strong understanding of decentralized finance (DeFi) and secure transaction systems.
• Experience with Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, and other popular blockchain platforms.
• Familiarity with cryptography, wallet integrations (e.g., MetaMask), and other blockchain-specific technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience in the fintech or crypto industry is highly desirable.
