We are a global team, but we operate on Eastern Standard Time. That means you can work from anywhere, but you need to be available for key meetings and collaboration during our core hours.

What You Will Be Doing

This is not just about making things look good. Your job is to make people engage, stay, and take action.

• Design with intent. Our digital experiences, whether on web, mobile, or social, need to be visually compelling and built for performance.
• Showcase our work. We create a lot of high impact video content, and our website and digital presence should reflect that.
• Improve user journeys. We want visitors to easily find what they need, stay engaged, and ultimately take action.
• Collaborate with marketers and content creators. Your designs will work alongside our strategy to drive measurable results.
• Stay ahead of trends. You will be the expert in UX, UI, and conversion driven design, helping us continuously improve.

What are the hours?

We work in Eastern Standard Time, and while we are flexible, we need you available for key meetings and collaboration.

Is this a remote position?

Yes, you can work from anywhere as long as you align with our core working hours.

What You Bring

Two or more years of UX or UI design experience, with a portfolio that shows how your work impacts engagement and conversions.

A deep understanding of user behavior, attention spans, and conversion focused design.

Experience designing for web, mobile, and social platforms.

Strong proficiency in Figma,or similar design tools.

Basic understanding of front end development principles. You do not need to code, but you should know what is possible.

A marketing first mindset because design should drive action, not just look nice.
