AI Software Engineer in BRAZIL

Role:

We're looking for an AI Software Engineer to join our innovative team developing cutting-edge AI solutions that are transforming analytics and beyond. Your work will focus on LangGraph, ML/AI, and Python system development across multiple high-impact projects.

Contract Type: Full-time permanent position

What You'll Do

You will be working with a 100% remote team to develop and maintain software systems in an integrated way. This encompasses the full software lifecycle — from initial concept and prototyping to development, testing, deployment, and ongoing operations. You'll have the opportunity to:

• Architect the Future - Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions that power our groundbreaking AI applications
• Bring Data to Life - Implement sophisticated data-driven algorithms and models across diverse projects that transform raw information into actionable intelligence
• Ensure Excellence - Conduct in-depth data analysis and rigorous model validation to guarantee robust, accurate, and trustworthy AI systems
• Build the Infrastructure - Develop and optimize seamless data pipelines and ETL processes that form the backbone of our AI ecosystem
• Craft Quality Code - Write elegant, efficient, reusable, and reliable code that stands the test of time and empowers future innovation.

Minimum Requirements: 

3+ years of professional Python software development

ML / AI / LLM experience

Proficient in English 

Collaborative techniques (Github, project management software, time logging, etc)

Preferred Skills:

Langchain / Langgraph / Langsmith

Software architecture knowledge and design

Pytest / unittest and testable software design

PyTorch / Tensorflow / Keras / Pandas / Jupyter 

SQL databases

Pycharm IDE

Azure / AWS / DigitalOcean

Containerisation with Docker
