Job Description:

As a WordPress Developer, you will be responsible for creating and customizing WordPress themes and plugins, optimizing website performance, and ensuring security. The role requires expertise in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and MySQL, as well as experience with WooCommerce, custom forms, and third-party API integrations.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience creating & customizing WordPress themes and plugins, with expertise in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and MySQL.
• Proven experience as a WordPress Developer with a strong portfolio.
• Advanced proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and MySQL.
• Deep understanding of WordPress hooks, filters, actions, and core functionalities.
• Experience with Gutenberg, Advanced Custom Fields (ACF), custom post types, and REST API integrations.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, with a focus on security and performance optimization.
• Excellent communication and ability to work in a remote team environment.
• Familiarity with WooCommerce, custom forms, and other WordPress-related tools.
• Experience in troubleshooting complex WordPress issues and optimizing sites for speed, SEO, and mobile responsiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins tailored to project needs.
• Implement filters, hooks, and actions to extend WordPress functionality.
• Optimize websites for speed, security, and responsiveness.
• Troubleshoot and debug WordPress-related issues.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services.
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and developers to deliver high-quality solutions.

Successful candidates for this role will be rewarded with the following benefits:

• A 5% raise per year guaranteed (additional raises or bonuses may be given for outstanding performance).
