We are looking for an experienced Technical Talent Acquisition (and Employer Branding) Specialist to own our recruitment strategy, attract exceptional talent, and position our company as an employer of choice. If you have a proven track record of recruiting top-tier software developers, especially within cybersecurity, and thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment, we want to hear from you.


What you’ll do

  • manage recruitment for technical roles, including Software Engineers, Lead Developers, Solution Architects, and specialists in C++, Golang, PHP, and Kubernetes
  • collaborate closely with technical teams to understand hiring needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process
  • handle recruitment for non-technical roles, such as customer success, sales executives, and operational positions, as needed
  • own the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, headhunting, screening, and automating ATS workflows
  • negotiate offers to secure top talent while aligning with business goals
  • build and maintain a database of talent pools to prepare for future hiring needs and foster long-term candidate relationships
  • drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice and develop engagement strategies to attract talent
  • research and implement the latest recruitment trends, tools, and methods to continuously improve hiring strategies


What you’ll bring

  • extensive experience in technical recruitment, with a proven ability to source, screen, and hire top software engineering talent
  • a strong track record of headhunting for technical roles in high-profile businesses, ideally within the cybersecurity sector
  • expertise in using tools and conducting thorough research to identify and attract top candidates
  • experience building and managing a proactive talent pipeline for future hiring needs
  • knowledge of employer branding strategies to enhance talent attraction and retention
  • proficiency in automating ATS workflows and taking ownership of recruitment processes
  • excellent negotiation skills to manage offers and close deals with candidates
  • the ability to prioritize tasks and communicate effectively in a remote work environment
