THE ROLE
As a Director of Machine Learning, you will lead the development and execution of innovative machine learning strategies, managing a high-performing team of ML engineers and data scientists. Your role will be pivotal in driving project success, ensuring the seamless integration of ML solutions into the AdTech platform, and scaling the team to meet evolving business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of ML engineers and data scientists, providing mentorship and guidance to foster innovation and collaboration.
- Oversee the end-to-end development, deployment, and maintenance of machine learning models focused on ad performance optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product management, to align ML initiatives with business objectives.
- Drive project management and execution, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
- Identify and implement best practices for model scalability, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of advancements in machine learning technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience in building and leading high-performing machine learning teams.
- Strong track record of managing end-to-end ML projects, from ideation to production.
- Deep expertise in Python (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and experience deploying models in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Familiarity with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in the AdTech space or related industries is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
